Job Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to help with daily farm operations. This role involves safely handling live chickens, vaccination, following biosecurity protocols, and ensuring animal welfare.
Key Duties:
- Catch, handle, and load chickens safely for transport.
- Keep accurate poultry counts and records.
- Clean and disinfect equipment.
- Monitor flock health and assist with vaccinations.
- Follow all safety, biosecurity, and welfare standards.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of safety and biosecurity.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in farm conditions (dust, odors, low lighting).
- Comfortable working overnight or early morning shifts.
- Must wear steel-toe boots and dark-colored clothing.
- Physically fit and willing to follow on-site training.
Skills:

- Able to stand, bend, and kneel for long periods.
